Pinku Pirates strive for customer satisfaction and always wants customers to have the best experience with their purchases and treasure them like we treasure you the people that support us in turn we created a fair return / exchange policy. A lot of our products are handmade products that require customer’s to accurately measure themselves for a perfect fit it is very important customers chose the correct measurements so please always double check your order before placing it with us. We do our best to check orders before shipments to make sure mistakes are at a minimum.

-Return and Exchange Policy:

  1. Defective / Missing Items / Incorrect Items / Size Different from Product Size Chats /Incorrect Address

We have a 14 day exchange policy after shipment arrival to report any problems with the product to qualify for our policy. Customers have 14 days to contact pinkupirates@hotmail.com for customer support to set up a RMA for a product exchange that were defective , damaged on arrival , missing items , shipped the incorrect size from the customer’s product ordered. Products with missing items will either be exchanged or we’ll ship the missing items to the address listed.  Once a RMA is granted we will exchange the product for the same product originally ordered , we do not allow refunds unless we no longer carry that product in our inventory or it can no longer be manufactured. Handmade / Custom products with error exceeding 2 inches / 5cm are considered incorrect sized product shipped and can have a RMA made for a exchange anything below 2  inches or 5cm is considered within margins of error allowed and will not qualify as a incorrect size RMA claim. Custom products with unique colors are not considered incorrect color shipped if the color is similar or close to the customer original request and would not qualify for a RMA .

After a RMA is granted the customer will get a prepaid label to ship back the product to our store and all Products are reviewed after RMA arrival if the information in the RMA claim doesn’t match the product that arrives the claim will be voided and customer must pay for the cost of the prepaid label and shipping back the product for making a claim under bad faith. If the Product matches the claim we will promptly ship out the exchange or if the product out of stock or discontinued we will give a full refund. Customers are given 7 days after generating a prepaid shipping label to ship back the product shipments exceeding this time period will cause the claim and return to be voided.

We do Not Accept Returns under our policy for customer mistakes, only store mistakes. We do not accept returns or exchanges if a customer measures inaccurately andorders the wrong size outfit, uniform, wig, footwear so please measure accurately before choosing a size that similar to the one in our size charts we make available in the descriptions or title.We don’t accept returns if customers order the incorrect style or color.Products are shipped to the address given to us by the customer we are not responsible if the order is shipped to the incorrect address due to incorrect information by the customer.

Following Items Excluded from our Policy even if RMA granted

-Items that arrive not in good condition and show usage or washed

-Items that have aodor , of cigarette smoke or perfume

-Item with stains

  1. Order Cancellations / Changes

We have a 24 hour Processing time to give customers a chance to cancel a order or change a order before we ship it out , once the product is shipped we can no longer cancel the order or make changes. S

Special Orders / Handmade / Custom Orders

Customers have a 24 hours after order is sent to cancel or change there order after 24 hours the order is sent to our factory and is already on the way to being created and can no longer be changed , or canceled.  Due to the nature of creating handmade / special or custom orders if a cancelation is required after the order has passed 24 hours and sent to the factory there is a 75% cancelation fee to cover cost of material and processing.

  1. Final Sale / Clearance / Open Box

All final sale, Open Box or clearance items are sold as is and are not accepted for returns for refunds or exchanges
